CALABASAS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Marcus & Millichap is pleased to announce the expansion of its Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) division into the retail sector, according to John J. Kerin president and CEO of Marcus & Millichap. IPA specializes in providing real estate investment advisory, brokerage and capitals markets services to institutional and major private investors through highly experienced brokerage teams across the country.
