On February 3, 2025, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Marcus & Millichap, Inc. adopted a new form of Performance Unit Award Agreement under its Amended and Restated 2013 Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan. A copy of this new form of agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit 10.1.
